Renewal Application Online CLOSED

IMPORTANT: Submission of the online renewal application does not guarantee automatic renewal.

Print out the page after submission of the application and sign it. To be considered you must send to FCLI via regular mail the following documents:

  1. Signed printout of the "Signature Page." (A page generated
    after submission of the online application).
  2. Your most recent official transcript; or
  3. A copy of the degree audit (for the degree for which you have been awarded the waiver), including the courses taken in the Fall semester of the year prior to the renewal.

  • March 31, 2010 5:00 p.m (New Applicants for Fall'10 & Spring '11)
