The initial design and development of this website has been done by Rafael Garcia, Graphic Designer, Valencia Community College, Orlando, Florida.

All programming and database management for FCLI aplications (both, new and renewal), as well as maintenance and further development of the website is performed by Wieslaw Piontczak, Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Master in Hospitality and Tourism Management, University of Central Florida, Orlando, Florida.
