The mission of the Florida-Eastern Europe Linkage Institute is to develop and enhance economic, cultural, educational, and social relationships between the residents of one of the countries recognized by EELI and Florida. This is accomplished through the promotion of public-private cooperative research and technical assistance, bilateral commerce, student and faculty exchange, cultural exchange, language training, and administering the Out-of-State Tuition Fee Exemption program.
