The initial design and development of this website has been done by Rafael Garcia, Graphic Designer, Valencia Community College, Orlando, Florida.

All programming and database management for EELI applications (both, new renewal), as well as maintenance and further development this website is performed by Wieslaw Piontczak, Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Master in Hospitality and Tourism Management, University of Central Florida, Orlando, Florida. Currently, he is pursuing a doctorate degree in "Text and Technology".
